How secure is my Information?

What options do I have regarding my personal data and how can I exercise my rights?
Personal Data Holders may at any time request to the Data Controller (IPP) what information about them is kept, as well as request the updating, ratification or deletion of such information, using the communication channels that are published on the Site.
The request for deletion of information and the revocation of the authorization will not proceed when the Data Subject has a legal, contractual or commercial duty to remain in the database.
To this end, the Holder of the information through the different means predetermined by IPP shall make the claim indicating his/her identification number, contact details and providing the relevant documentation that he/she intends to assert. If IEH considers that for the analysis of the request it requires more information from the Holder, it will proceed to communicate such situation within seven (7) working days after receiving the request. After ten (10) business days from the date of the request, without the applicant submitting the required information, the claim will be deemed not filed.
The maximum term to address the claim will be ten (10) fifteen (15) working days from the day following the date of receipt. When it is not possible to attend to it within such term, the interested party will be informed before the expiration of said term the reasons for the delay and the date on which the claim will be attended to, which in no case may exceed ten (10) business days following the expiration of the first term.
Is it allowed the use of the Site to minors?
The Site does not market products to be purchased by minors. We do market products to minors for purchase by persons of legal age. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
RESPONSIBLE AND CONTACT
IPP will be in charge of the collection and processing of Personal Data, the Authorization and the records stored, in all cases, preventing them from deterioration, loss, alteration or unauthorized use and keep them with the proper security.
